Buti Sculpt

Session Theme: Fitness Class

Class Overview

Class Description

This class builds long, lean muscle mass using a HIIT (high-intensity interval training) – based formula seamlessly blended with static yoga poses to stretch and release the muscle group used during the high-intensity round. HIIT workouts kick the body into a heightened metabolic state + optimize the body’s ability to burn fat through maximum heart rate + maximum effort. These effects can last up to 36 hours post-workout.

Buti Yoga HotCore®

Session Theme: Yoga Fitness Class

Class Overview

Class Description
60-minute class

HotCore® is a 30-minute interval workout that utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique® to engage the deep muscles of the core. Broken into pre-sequenced sets to maximize muscle toning, look and functionality, HotCore® is the perfect add-on class for students looking to enhance core strength or push the limits of their yoga practice. Students practice in socks to facilitate fluid “drag” or friction, creating resistance. The majority of movements in HotCore® build deep core strength best accessed through an exaggerated tucking of the pelvis and intentional rounding of the spine. In between sets, students move to restorative yoga asanas to stretch and lengthen. Our class ends with 25 minutes of intentional slow flows and stretching to cool down the hips, shoulders, and core. Don’t forget your thick socks!

Buti® Yoga

Class Description

This class is a HIIT-based resistance training workout targeted to LIFT + SHAPE your BOOTY while toning + strengthening the hips. Bands are utilized during high-intensity intervals to challenge the body through all planes of motion while targeting the hips and booty through lateral engagement.

Ecstatic Dance

Class Overview

Class Description

Ecstatic dance is a form of dance in which the dancers, sometimes without the need to follow specific steps, abandon themselves to the rhythm and move freely as the music takes them, leading to trance and a feeling of freedom. There is no judgment and space to move, play, connect, sweat, stretch, sound, unwind, renew, release, improvise, or transform.

Just Peachy

Class Overview

Class Description

It’s all about the butt and legs sometimes and Just Peachy is a workout designed to target, slim and strengthen the butt and legs. This class is ideal for all fitness levels as all moves are modifiable, but it will be one of our more intense offerings.

Mobility Matters

This class is great for anyone and everyone, whether you are recovering from an in injury or just know you need to move your body. The mobility class combines multiple methods of stretching, foam rolling, muscle pain release, and movement quality improvement. It’s not flexibility, but it involves being flexible. It’s not yoga, but it might incorporate some yoga positions. It’s not stability, but it includes having core strength. Confused yet? Well, you best come and try it out to see! All ages and fitness levels.

The Pilates Affect Method is an approach to Pilates inspired by the traditional classic mat pilates. We will work through a range of different mat series with an emphasis on core that includes the back, legs, and arms. These low-impact exercises aim to support spinal health, mobility, flexibility, strength, and endurance. Together, we will explore classic pilates exercises and variations to music while using props. This class is inclusive and beginners are always welcome.
