Some facts about Pole Fitness……
In recent years, pole dancing has become increasingly popular as a means of staying fit and improving overall strength. With a growing understanding of its numerous benefits, more and more people are turning to this form of exercise to enhance their physical fitness levels. By utilizing the body’s own resistance, pole dancing routines effectively target and strengthen the core muscles while simultaneously toning the entire body. This holistic approach not only helps build general body strength but also contributes to improved overall fitness.

What to Wear
Now that you have decided to have a private lesson, we are sure you are wondering what to wear?!
So that you can get the most out of your private lesson we recommend that you wear shorts and a tank top/sports bra. The reasoning for this minimalist approach is for grip – the more skin exposure the better you will be able to grip the pole with your legs and arms. However, we do want you to feel comfortable but just note that leggings and long sleeve tops are not ideal and will lead to lots of slipping. Classes are carried out barefoot.
What NOT to Wear
In the interest of safety for yourself and your fellow polers NO LOTION is to be applied to your skin 24 hours before a pole class OR it must be showered off before class. Also, NO jewellery. Underwear is not acceptable attire for a pole fitness class.

Guided Level I & II
Class Overview
Description
Pole Fitness Level One
The perfect place to start! Level 1 focuses on the basics and introduces foundational moves to help you grow into a strong and talented pole dancer. Here, you will be introduced to various grips, learn to execute and combine spins, and work towards building the strength to climb. Not only does this class provide the opportunity to condition strength and athleticism, it also assists with developing fluid body movement and flexibility.
This class is designed for complete beginners and requires no previous experience, strength, or flexibility. Please wear appropriate shorts to allow your legs to grip the pole.

Pole Fitness Level Two
In this class we introduce a wide variety of spin combos, inverts from the ground, and climb sequences. This level builds on the foundations learned in level 1 and continues to evolve those skills by offering more challenges. Students are ready to attempt aerial poses and explore the excitement of going upside down!
Prerequisites for this class:
– Must be able to climb the pole
– Is comfortable with all level 1 grips and spins
– Can hold a tuck/invert from the ground

Stretch and flexibility class

Wear yoga clothes and no shoes for this one, ladies.

Notably, the intensity level of this workout remains relatively low, ensuring minimal impact on your body.

Fun night out with friends
Class Overview
Description
Private Parties
Who doesn’t want a fun night out with friends? As a warm-up, you’ll learn the elements of a sassy chair dance, perfect for taking home to your special someone. Then your group will learn the basics of pole dancing. Combining sensual movement and beginner pole dancing moves, your instructor will walk you through performing a simple routine on the pole. We end it all off with time for photos and even an advanced pole dance demonstration by your instructor, if you like.

Please Note:
Price is flat rate regardless of number of participants. Max capacity is strict. Parties with fewer than 6 participants can benefit from private pricing, please inquire with the studio about this. Pole parties are geared for ages 18+ however exceptions can be made with parental or guardian permission. The person booking the party must be 18+. We can also customize your party and dial-up or dial-down the sexy, by request. All participants must agree to follow studio Code of Conduct, Policies, and Procedures.
